Head Coach - Alain Pozo
Alain began training BJJ in 1996, under Zé Radiola, in Recife, Brazil, and is a Black Belt under Wilson Jnr.
Alain's coaching career began in 2009, and was previously the Head Coach of Carlson Gracie Essex, and also helped lead the Carlson Gracie Kids BJJ Team to victory at the English Open in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Prior to BJJ, Sarah spent 5 years training traditional Jiu Jitsu where she was undefeated in sparring and ground fighting competitions.
Sarah started training BJJ in 2008, and became one of only a handful of female UK BJJ Black Belts in 2015.

Taylor began training BJJ when he was 14 and is now one of the best purple belts in the country.
Taylor instructs both adults classes and kids classes, easily adapting his style and tuition to match the different ages - ensuring all members understand and progress their abilities.
